The idea of introspect came when I happened to get an Energy bar chime. Personally, my body reacts very strongly to the chime every time I strike it, as if the whole body vibrates with it.
In meditation, there are many interpretations on how to use meditation bells and Tibetan bowls. One simple way to use a bell is to mark the beginning and the end of a meditation session. The pure sound of the chakra bell, that introduces this piece, is an invitation to everybody to participate in a ritual and ceremony.
One of the goals of meditation could be to ward off negative energies. But sometimes, those energies must be felt before they can leave the body. The music is somehow reflecting this process. More often than it is being acknowledged and permitted, the awareness of certain tensions that could be hidden within an individual body, mind and soul, will become a natural part of the self-reflecting ritual. Luckily, the body has an incredible power of letting negative energy go once you notice it.
